5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders placed on the Platform constitute a binding offer by you to purchase, which we may accept by confirming your order.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

6. Delivery

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • You may be allowed to cancel an order before it is dispatched (if permitted by us).

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase unless otherwise stated.

8. Warranty & Quality Assurance

  • Refurbished products (mobiles, electronics) may come with limited warranty or no warranty, depending on vendor terms. We will clearly mention warranty details on the product page.

  • For perishable items (dairy, groceries), quality complaints must be raised within a specified period (for example, within 24 hours of delivery).

  • We reserve the right to verify and approve any warranty claim or return.
