2. Perishable Products

Due to their nature, we do not accept returns on the following perishable items:

· Grocery Items

· Fresh Product

·  Prepared Meals

· Dairy Products

·  Bakery Items

· Frozen Foods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect perishable item, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

3. Non-Perishable Products

Returns are accepted for non-perishable items under these conditions:

· Unopened and Unused: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

· Return Window: You must initiate a return within 10 days of delivery.

· Condition: Items should be in the same condition as when you received them.

4. Return Process

To return a non-perishable item, follow these steps:

Initiate a Return: Reach out to our customer service team within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping service

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund, replacement, or store credit will be processed within 10  to 15 days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including

Customized or Personalized Orders: Products that have been made or altered to your specifications

Opened or Used Items: Items that have been opened or partially consumed.

6. Order Cancellating

Cancelling Your Order: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible

Cancellation by Us: We may need to cancel an order due to stock issues or other unexpected circumstances. You will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
