Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 hours/days of receiving your order. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
3. Delivery Areas
Local Delivery: We currently deliver to Kaniyakumari. If you are outside of these areas, please contact us to see if delivery can be arrange
Delivery Radius: Our delivery radius is 50km from our main distribution center or restaurant location
P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes due to the perishable nature of our products.
4. Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 2.00 will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day
Weekend and Holiday Deliveries: We offer weekend deliveries, but please note that deliveries on holidays may be limited. Please check our Site for updates on holiday delivery schedules.
5. Shipping Timeline
Order Processing Time: After receiving your order, it will be processed within 5 hours or 1 business day depending on the time of purchase and current order volume.
Dispatch Time: After processing, orders are dispatched for delivery. In most cases, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM, while next-day delivery applies to orders placed after this time.
Estimated Delivery Window: Typically, deliveries are made within a 2-4 hour window depending on your location and traffic conditions.
High-Demand Periods: During festive seasons, holidays, or special promotions, delivery times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over 2000. Promotional free delivery may also be available during special events or campaigns.

We take great care in packaging your food orders to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Perishable items are packed in insulated containers with ice packs as needed.

9. Refunds and Replacement
Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or spoiled items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
